Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped on our business days Monday - Saturday with a 4 pm cut off time for shipping. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Our fulfillment time is 2 - 5 business days.
We do not ship packages on the following US holidays:

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be treated as a holiday.

Due to the COVID pandemic, in most cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We issue refunds to the original form of payment used on your order.
Enrich Sense will take 2 - 5 business days to issue your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shelf Life: 6 Months
Store Whipped Butter in a room or area set at 65 to 74 degrees away from moisture and direct light to keep it from hardening. To prolong shelf life please use our provided cosmetic spoon to dip. Scooping out the butter with your fingers can introduce water, bacteria, germs and other possible contaminants.
Shelf Life: 24 months
Keep African Black Soap in a cool and dry location. After use please store in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag to prolong the shelf life.
